In her 20 years in the industry, she has been key to designing, managing, and implementing resource efficiency programs in a range of capacities, including serving in a senior position for a major Investor Owned Utility and as a private sector consultant. As the President of Resource Solutions Group, she provides guidance across all program areas and represents the company in the policy arena through participation in many forums that influence federal and state energy policy and program design.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Casentini leads the company's resource management advisory programs that deliver energy and water savings to reduce building operating costs and improve the environment. This role leverages his versatile background, including forging alliances among utilities, the building industry, and government agencies for improved energy performance, providing distributed power development and management support for public and private industry, as well as his expertise in customer account management, sales, and training in the competitive energy industry environment.
