RSG is currently the Program Implementer for the State Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program (SEEARP) for the state of Wyoming, funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. RSG coordinated all aspects of program design, cost-effectiveness analysis and documentation, trade ally and stakeholder outreach, rebate processing, verification, and marketing to successfully introduce a comprehensive, quick-launch program in a remarkable six-week timeframe.

The Wyoming Appliance Rebate Program launched on April 15, 2010. The Program provides rebates on high efficiency products and home heating equipment, including clothes washers, dishwashers, water heaters and furnaces.
