Pennsylvania Home Heating Equipment Rebate Program
RSG is the prime implementation contractor for Equitable Gas in its first ever energy efficiency program. This Pittsburgh area utility developed the Smart Audits & Valuable Energy Rebates (SAVER) program as a three year pilot to gain insight into energy efficiency opportunities in the region. RSG provides program design and implementation for the program, which offers free home audits to high energy use residential customers as well as a suite of residential gas energy efficiency measures. The SAVER Program followed a quick launch schedule in anticipation of the upcoming heating season and is considering adding additional measures for insulation and air sealing improvements.
