A/C Quality Program (Southern California Edison)


Led by Conservation Services Group, this program increased the supply of premium efficiency air conditioning equipment and quality installations and maintenance to maximize energy efficiency in commercial and residential HVAC systems throughout Southern California. RSG supported the Program by working with manufacturers and distributors to influence supply practices; developing tools and resources to enhance benefits to industry participants, providing strategic input to Program contractor recruitment and retention elements; and serving as marketing coordinator, developing both strategies and content for program materials and website for industry, contractors, and customers. ac quality

  • Executed customer direct mail campaign to 45,000 targeted customers
  • Upstream Outreach: Engaged 95% of market manufacturers in Program via cooperative marketing activities, production reports, policy summits, and Program materials
  • Responded to contractor cooperative marketing requests totaling more than 35,000 pieces for customer direct mail
